This year (2020), the Lychee Intelligence team obtained the invention patent for interactive assessment, marking another milestone in the development and innovation of smart living solutions.

What is Interactive Assessment?

Interactive assessment is an invention by Lychee Intelligence in chatbot development, enabling questionnaire completion and report generation through the following features:

• Interactive Response Mechanisms: Adding warmth to the survey process
• Diverse Input Methods: Optimizing user experience

This design is currently applied in the education and financial industries, improving upon the traditional cold offline and online survey methods and bringing progressive development to the assessment process.
