Lychee Intelligence's Virtual Customer Service "Smart Ann" Debuts at Taipei FinTech Exhibition
FinTech Taipei 2018
On December 7-8, 2018, a grand fintech feast was held in Taipei. The Taiwan Financial Services Roundtable and the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance jointly hosted “FinTech Taipei 2018” at the Taipei World Trade Center. The event gathered exhibitors from 11 countries and nearly 100 startups, and the virtual customer service robot (Smart Ann) developed collaboratively by Lychee Intelligence and Shih Chien University also made its debut at this grand exhibition.
Smart Ann Technical Architecture
The virtual intelligent customer service robot - Smart Ann - combines intelligent customer service chatbot technology with 3D virtual imaging technology. The intelligent chatbot was modeled and trained by the Lychee Intelligence team based on AIG Travel Insurance’s FAQ data and has accumulated extensive domain knowledge.
Diverse Intelligent Services
This chatbot service is not only deployed on Virtual Customer Service Smart Ann at the exhibition venue, but Smart Ann also provides QR codes during interactions with visitors so they can add Smart Ann on LINE as a friend, offering more diverse intelligent services on mobile devices.
Visual Application Highlight
Another highlight of Smart Ann at this exhibition is the visual application of intelligent chatbots. Through lip-sync training combined with multiple skeleton constructions, Smart Ann achieves a realistic feel when having face-to-face conversations with visitors, making interactions closer to the visual experience of talking with a real customer service representative and adding warmth to the interaction.
