Lychee Intelligence launches the event registration system “ActBot.” Unlike event registration systems that require users to register accounts or download apps, ActBot features an ultra-lightweight registration mechanism design, built on LINE - the instant messaging software that almost everyone in Taiwan uses. Using the LIFF page of the “ActBot” LINE Official Account, users can easily create events within the LINE app, share them to LINE groups or individual chats, and allow others to register for events. This solves the hassle of registration chains and counting in LINE groups, and allows event organizers to easily view registration lists.

Systematic Registration

In the past, when people registered for events in LINE groups, everyone had to copy the chain message, edit the text, and send it. Often someone else would send first, requiring re-editing - very troublesome. Additionally, if using LINE group notes for comments to track registrations, it’s difficult for event organizers to compile statistics, and it’s inconvenient to add remarks in comments, increasing inconvenience.

ActBot’s registration process is simple. Just click the registration button on the card in the chat room to open the LIFF page. The system automatically fills in the LINE nickname, and you can edit the registrant name and remarks, then click register to complete. This eliminates the hassle of editing chain messages, without worrying about others cutting in line. If you need to cancel registration, you can also directly cancel through the registration page.

Cross-Group Registration

ActBot also features cross-group registration, not limited to group event restrictions, and doesn’t require inviting the LINE Official Account into the group. Event creators can directly share the event registration card to different group chats, allowing people from different groups to register for the same event.

List Statistics

The system automatically compiles the registration list. Event creators don’t need to manually count lists and numbers in notes or chat rooms like before - just open the registration link to view the list.

Event Management

We can view the list of created events in the LIFF page of the “ActBot” LINE Official Account, including past historical events, allowing event creators to conveniently manage their events.
