Lychee ACHO - Membership System LITE Officially Released

Lychee Intelligence released the new LINE Messaging API application service - Lychee ACHO Membership System LITE in Q1 2022. It is integrated into the Lychee ACHO system developed by Lychee Intelligence for brands, enterprises, and merchants, combining the original LINE API interaction modules with a modularized membership system. With an easy-to-use backend configuration interface, SMEs can use the Membership System LITE version released in Q1 to create their own LINE Official Account customer loyalty programs.

Through LINE LIFF functionality, Lychee Intelligence enables LINE Official Account friends to directly open the membership system LIFF within the official account chat room, similar to an app. The benefit is that brand enterprises don’t need to develop a separate app or spend significant effort convincing customers to download an additional app. As long as customers use LINE - the instant messaging software with over 92% penetration rate in Taiwan - they can join the brand’s official account as members, further enhancing loyalty through interaction, leading to improved conversion rates and revenue growth.

Lychee ACHO Membership System LITE features include membership tier system, digital membership cards, membership wallet, task wall, and member profile completion. Among these, the membership tasks are diverse, including subscriptions, follower growth, member profile completion, and URL clicks. Brand enterprises can freely design different membership tasks to increase friend engagement and use the membership tier system to encourage LINE Official Account friends to proactively interact with the brand to upgrade their membership level.

Beyond the known features of Membership System LITE, Lychee Intelligence also plans to release the full version of the membership system features in Q2 2022, bringing brand enterprises more diverse member interaction features and task designs.
